MooMail

Terms of Service

Effective September 20, 2026. These terms govern your use of MooMail, provided by Starquest Studio LLC.

Using MooMail

You must be legally able to agree to these terms and authorized to connect every mailbox you add. You are responsible for protecting your device, mailbox credentials, and provider-issued app-specific passwords. Do not use MooMail to violate law, others’ rights, provider rules, or service security.

Mailbox access

MooMail is a read-only companion. Google and Microsoft connections use provider consent; iCloud, Yahoo, and AOL require app-specific passwords. You can revoke access with your provider or disconnect the account in MooMail. You grant us permission to process mailbox data only as needed to provide and secure the features you choose.

Automated organization

Collections, classifications, summaries, offer comparisons, and suggested replies may be incomplete or incorrect. They are organizational aids, not legal, medical, financial, employment, or security advice. Review important messages and any generated text yourself before relying on it.

Subscriptions

Paid features, if offered, are billed through Apple under the price, renewal, trial, cancellation, and refund terms shown by the App Store. Manage or cancel an Apple subscription in your Apple account settings.

Availability and changes

We may change, suspend, or discontinue features and may restrict access needed to protect users, providers, or the service. The service is provided ā€œas isā€ and ā€œas availableā€ to the extent permitted by law, without a promise of uninterrupted or error-free operation.

Liability

To the extent permitted by law, Starquest Studio LLC is not liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, lost data, lost profits, or decisions made from automated output. Rights that cannot legally be waived remain unaffected.

Termination

You may stop using MooMail and disconnect your accounts at any time. We may suspend access for a material violation of these terms or a security risk. Provisions that by their nature should survive will survive termination.
